The nose is fruity, concentrated, elegant, racy and offers power. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of ripe bigarreau cherry, wild black berries as well as hints of racy minerality, sense of the place, liquorice and a very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers richness, a fine acidulous frame, tension as well as deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy black cherry, small wild black berries and small notes of cornflower associated with fine touches of rose laurel, iris, crushed blueberry as well as hints of coffee, mocha and spices.
