It reveals notes of cassis, fleshy Boysenberry and small notes of strawberry, small wild red fruits associated with a hint of flowers (iris, lilac, blueberry), with fine touches of liquorice, sweet spices, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of spices and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, elegant, gourmet, racy and offers a very beautiful definition / precision, a beautiful juicy fruit as well as a beautiful matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and more lightly of black cherry, juicy / ripe redcurrant, fleshy strawberry associated with touches of liquorice, cornflower / lily, fine touches of camphor, chocolate powder as well as very discreet hints of lilac, sweet spices and toasted / toasted hazelnut. The finish is powdery, gourmande and suave.
