The nose is fruity and offers a small power, a good definition, precision as well as fine tension and concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, black cherry and small notes of black plum associated with small touches of wild strawberry, a subtle hint of flowers, tonka bean as well as a very discreet hint of leather and sage. The palate is fruity, gourmande and offers generosity, a fine creaminess, gourmandize and a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe plum, blueberry and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with small touches of small red fruits, sage, a discreet hint of rosemary as well as a subtle hint of chocolate/caramelization. Tannins are well-built.
