The nose is aromatic, complex and offers elegance, a small richness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as power. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon blossoms / mandarin blossoms and small notes of orange zests / kumquat zests combined with small touches of juicy apple, fresh / crunchy peach as well as discreet toasted hints and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully elegant, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, finesse, straightness (but full of finesse) as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, juicy kumquat and small notes of crunchy peach associated with fine touches of crunchy yellow apple, racy minerality as well as very slight hints of yellow flowers and an imperceptible hint of almond / beeswax. There are a fine almost tannic sensation as well as an imperceptible hint of butter on the persistence.
