The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, precise, a good structure as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe/juicy mandarine and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of pineapple, pear as well as discreet hints of zests.
