The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize, a small freshness and elegance. It reveals notes of fresh ripe cassis, fresh ripe blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of red fruits, minerality as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral/finely acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, suavity, tension and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy cherry associated with small touches of minerality, violet, graphite as well as very fine hints of spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. A very discreet hint of coffee on the persistence.
