Vivera – Salisire Contrada Martinella 2015 – Etna Bianco DOP

The nose is fruity and very slightly restrained. It reveals notes of ripe / juicy citrus and small notes of leather / nutmeg associated with fine touches of crushed white fruit, zest and an imperceptible iodine hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers roundness, suavity, an acidulous frame, fat as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, zest of lime and small notes of ripe tangerine associated with fine touches of quenette, apple as well as very discreet hints of papaya and an imperceptible hint of sense of place (in the background).
