The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers roundness, suavity, an acidulous frame, fat as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, zest of lime and small notes of ripe tangerine associated with fine touches of quenette, apple as well as very discreet hints of papaya and an imperceptible hint of sense of place (in the background).
