The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, suavity, a good structure, a beautiful tension as well as power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed apple and small notes of Mirabelle plum associated with a fine hint of physalis, flowers, dry fruits (walnut, hazelnut…), a discreet hint of almond as well as an imperceptible hint of oak (in the background), beeswax and butter (in the background). Fine gourmandize on the persistence.
