The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a small freshness as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with a hint of flowers as well as fine hints of grilled bread and chocolate. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, structured, precise and offers juiciness, gourmandize, tension as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy strawberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of vanilla, almond, toasted, fine varietal hints as well as very fine hints of cocoa and coffee (in the background). The finish is slightly firm. Tannins are slightly firm and well-built. A very fine chew on the finish/persistence.
