The palate is fresh, juicy, fruity, well-balanced, fine and offers a good definition, a small suavity, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful finely unctuous matter, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a finesse/richness/power (full of elegance and finesse) as well as a beautiful structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy plum, juicy/fleshy raspberry and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of cornflower, liquorice stick as well as discreet hints of spices (in the background). Tannins are elegant. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of chocolate and tea on the persistence.
