The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a beautiful suavity, tension, a small power, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful fat, a very beautiful silkiness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, black cherry and more slightly blackberry associated with small touches of small juicy blue berries, small hints of tonka bean as well as a fine hint of flowers, discreet hints of liquorice/zan and a very discreet hint of truffle. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. There is a discreet hint of coffee on the finish. Very beautiful persistence.
