The nose offers a fine concentration. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of toasted, bigarreau cherry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with fine hints of violet, fleshy Quetsche plum, fine hints of grilled bread, spices (nutmeg…) as well as a very discreet hint of toasted almond and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers minerality, a good definition, a good structure, a fine concentration, a fine juiciness, a mineral frame as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy red berries and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of plum, blue berries as well as hints of zan and a very discreet hint of tobacco.
