La Perrière 2017 – Blanc Fumé de Pouilly

The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant, well-defined and offers a fine gourmandize, delicacy as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of fresh citrus, fresh peach and small notes of fresh/crunchy quince associated with small/fine touches of ripe apple, zests/racy minerality and a very discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, juicy, beautifully well-balanced, delicate and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a very fine tension, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and ripe/crunchy vine peach associated with small touches of ripe/juicy apple as well as fine/discreet hints of pear and flowers. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of zests on the persistence.
