The nose is mineral and offers freshness. It reveals notes of lime/lemon caviar, apple and small notes of egg cream associated with fine hints of quince and pear. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, suavity, a fine juiciness, tension as well as precision. The effervescence is very fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lime, apple and small notes of pear associated with small touches of exotic fruits, lemon cream as well as a very discreet hint of meringue (in the background). Good length.
