It reveals notes of blackberry, raspberry and small notes of fleshy small blue fruits, fleshy strawberry associated with touches of mentholated liquorice, toasted, sweet spices as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper and Bourbon Vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers elegance, a beautiful juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, a good guideline, gourmandise, a good finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed / juicy cassis and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of caramelization, toasted, chocolate and very discreet hints of violet and Bourbon vanilla.
