The nose is elegant, aromatic, finely tightened and offers concentration. There are notes of blackberry, elderberry and slightly more Cuben pepper associated with wild berries, spices, very discreet hints of garrigue, black olive and an imperceptible touch of Zan and blond tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, balanced and offers precision, a nice finesse and an acidulated frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy raspberry, crunchy cherry and more lightly small ripe / juicy red berries associated with small touches of blackberry as well as discreet hints of garrigue / laurel, tonka bean, spices, mocha and a very discreet tip of tababc blonde. The tannins are well led, fine, a little firm, elegant and structuring.
