The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers gourmandise as well as a small power. It reveals notes of strawberry, blueberry and small notes of violet associated with small touches of cornflower, spices and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, minerality, a small acidulous frame, gourmandise, a very slight unctuosity, precision as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of red cherry, raspberry and small notes of crushed cassis, blueberry associated with small touches of flowers (violet, cornflower, a hint of rose), as well as touches of liquorice, chocolate and caramelization. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the aftertaste.
