The nose is fruity and offers juiciness, a slight power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberries, tonka bean and spices associated with small touches of red berries/ rose as well as discreet hints of grove (laurel, rosemary …) and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, frank, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small suavity, tension, a slight freshness, juiciness as well as a slight straightness. On the palate wine expresses notes of wild fleshy red berries, wild fleshy blackberry and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with a hint of elderberry as well as small hints of tonka beans, oak / toasted, blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of rosemary / laurel (in the background). Tannins are fine and structuring. There are a hint of dark chocolate / cocoa and caramelization on the finish / in the background.
