It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of strawberry, small crushed red berries associated with hints of black cherry, violet, liquorice, caramelization as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, minerally, well-balanced and offers gourmandise, a slight acidulous frame, suavity, fat, a good definition, a slight freshness, a small / slight juiciness as well as a slight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of plum, small red berries associated with slight touches of liquorice, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of caramelization, Bourbon vanilla, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of undergrowth. Tannins are fine and well-built. There is a discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence / aftertaste.
