Durup – Fourchaume 2017 – Chablis 1er Cru 

The nose is mineral and offers finesse, elegance as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe apple, ripe citrus and small notes of Mirabelle plum associated with small / slight touches of zest as well as discreet varietals hints / flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, frank and offers a beautiful juiciness, a racy minerality, finesse, a small tension, a good freshness, an acidulous frame, elegance as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy mandarin and small notes of quenette, apple associated with slight touches of flowers, vine peach and juicy mirabelle plum. Good length.
