The nose is aromatic, slightly powerful and offers a very slight intensity. It reveals notes of pear, crushed white fruits and touches of quince associated with slight hints of crushed Mirabelle plum as well as an imperceptible toasted touch and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight suavity, a slight minerality, a slight acidulous frame as well as a small dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed brugnon, butter and small notes of citrus associated with a touch of quenette as well as hints of butter, toasted hints and vanilla. Good length.
