The nose is fruity, a small tight and offers a small freshness as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of green apple, lemon and small notes of citrus zest, yuzu associated with small touches of lychee as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and crunchy fresh peach. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, structured and offers a good definition, a slight acidulous frame, a small gourmand side, suavity, a good freshness as well as a small roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / crunchy flat peach, juicy citrus (lemon, mandarin, kumquat) associated with slight touches of juicy green apple as well as slight / discreet hints of quince and a very discreet hint of juicy mirabelle plum. Good length and good persistence. There are hints of toasted oak and vanilla on the finish/persistence.
