It reveals notes of boysenberry, fleshy wild cassis and small notes of small wild berries, fleshy strawberry associated with small hints of spices, Cuben pepper, bay laurel as well as slight hints of dry grove. The palate is fruity, welll-balanced, gourmand, racy and offers a beautiful definition / finesse, a small suavity, depthness, a small racy minerality, a small unctuosity, a small acid frame, a small aerial side, a beautiful freshness as well as a very beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy boysenberry, juicy cassis and small notes of red berries associated with small / fine touches of juicy raspberry, dark chocolate / cocoa as well as slight hints of racy minerality, Bourbon vanilla, ripe almond and a very discreet hint of black olive. Tannins are fine, elegant, structuring and a bit chewy. Good length. Beautiful persistence with touches of melted chocolate, caramelization, almond and crushed fruits.
