The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of morello cherry, crushed cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of licorice as well as discreet menthol hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful concentration, a beautiful definition, a beautiful grain, a slight chew, a good delicacy / finesse, a beautiful freshness, gourmandise as well a roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, morello cherry and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of blackberry, dark chocolate, caramelized oak as well as discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. There is a very discreet touch of gray pepper and caramelization on the finish / persistence.
