The palate is beautifully fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful mineral frame, softness, suavity, dynamism, a beautiful definition, gourmandise, a beautiful texture, a very slight tight grain as well as a slight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of wild strawberry, small berries associated with small touches of violet, Sichuan pepper, cardamom and chocolate. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring.
