The nose is fine and mineral. It reveals notes of small yellow plum, green walnuts and small notes of fleshy berries associated with slight / discreet hints of honey, almond and an imperceptible touch of white pepper and toasted touch (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, well-balanced and offers tension, dynamism, fat, minerality, a good finesse of the grain, a beautiful roundness, a beautiful texture and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy yellow plum, quince and small notes of almond associated with hints of honey, discreet hints of white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of nuts and an imperceptible hint of cocoa. Good length and good persistence.
