The nose is fruity and offers intensity and a small concentration. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, plum and small notes of quince, marmalade associated with small touches of acacia honey, spices and a very discreet nutmeg. The palate is fruity, gourmande, precise, fine, elegant and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a fine tension, a good freshness as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried apricot, crushed yellow plum and small notes of marmalade, candied lemon associated with fine touches of fleshy / crushed vine peach, honey and sweet spices. Good aromatic persistence with, especially, hints of almond and dried apricot.
