The nose is aromatic and offers fleshiness as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of white flowers, linden tree, caramelized orange zest and quince associated with small notes of small yellow fruits in syrup as well as slight hints of honey and a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tense and offers a good definition, minerality, fat, roundness, gourmandise as well as a fine intensity / depthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crystallized tangerine and candied lemon associated with small touches of jammy yellow fruits as well as slight touches of apple in syrup, marmalade, honey, almond and hints of nougatine. Good length. Acidulous finish on the finish / persistence.
