The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of dried apricots and raisins associated with small notes of candied orange zest, white flowers as well as fine touches of acacia honey and pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful freshness, a good finesse of the grain, delicacy, gourmandise as well as an unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied peach, candied lemon and tarte Tatin associated with small notes of caramelization, hazelnut and dried fruits. Good length.
