Domaine du Château de Meursault – Champ Canet 2015 – Puligny-Montrachet

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers juiciness. It reveals notes of juicy quince and juicy physalis combined with small notes of peach, pear, slight touches of vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of flowers and pink pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aerial, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, delicacy, a fine unctuosity, a fine acid / acidulous frame as well as a beautiful roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy kumquat and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with small touches of pear, peach, citrus as well as very discreet hints of butter and toasted almond. Good length. Small chew on the finish.
