The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of citrus and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of zest as well as a very discreet hint of mirabelle plum and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a racy minerality, roundness, a certain finesse as well as a very fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy apple, fleshy brugnon and small notes of ripe / juicy citrus (quince, lemon …) associated with small touches of lychee, juicy mirabelle plum as well as hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of ripe almond (in the background). Good length.
