Domaine Augustin – Adeodat 2015 – Collioure

The nose is elegant and offers freshness, fruity, a fine intensity, a small straightness as well as a good maturity. It reveals notes of boysenberry and cooked cassis associated with touches of ripe wild strawberry, menthol licorice, racy minerality as well as a very discreet touch of black cherry, garrigue and a very discreet hint of saline minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a fine mineral frame, straightness, a fine tension, a beautiful juiciness, a good maturity, a beautiful freshness, a small fat as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis and blueberry associated with small notes of Bigarreau cherry, olive as well as touches of menthol licorice, a touch of tonka bean and hints of garrigue. Good length.
