It reveals notes of brugnon, pear, vanilla and small notes of citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with fine touches of roasted pineapple, quince as well as discreet hints of zest and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful acid frame, dynamism, elegance, a beautiful fineness of the grain as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, juicy nectarine, quince and small notes of vanilla associated with small touches of grapefruit zest, mandarin zest and discreet hints of olive / garrigue. Discreet tannic sensation. The finish is slightly suave and slightly gourmande. Good length. There are toasted hints, almonds and vanilla on the persistence.
