The nose is fruity, precise and offers elegance and a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of black cherry, crushed cassis and small notes of strawberry jam associated with small touches of liquorice, slight hints of violet, pepper as well as an imperceptible touch of sweet spices and garrigue. The palate is fruity, suave and offers a (very) slight unctuosity, tension, an acid frame, a fine freshness as well as delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, jammy strawberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with small touches of Bigarreau cherry as well as slight hints of liquorice, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of melted chocolate and with an imperceptible hint of flowers. Tannins are fine, structuring and very finely firm. Good length.
