On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crème de cassis and a hint of violet combined with subtle touches of crushed redcurrant / crushed raspberry, discreet touches of liquorice, chocolate as well as slight toasted touches and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of caramelized oak Tannins are well-built.
