The nose is fine, powerful and offers a slight gourmandise, a beautiful density as well as a slight concentration. It reveals fine notes of blueberry cream, blackberry and slight hints of ripe wild strawberries, cardamom combined with subtle hints of Sichuan pepper, violet as well as discreet hints of spices, tobacco blond and cardamom. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a beautiful/outstanding definition, a nice finesse, a beautiful grain, a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful gourmandise as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, black cherry and slight notes of blueberry associated with touches of juicy red berries, slight touches of wood, tonka bean, subtle touches of sweet spices as well as a subtle / discreet hint of tea, an imperceptible hint of bell pepper (after aeration) and discreet hints of caramel. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length. Gourmandise and suavity on the finish.
