The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a slight freshness, a beautiful minerality as well as a beautiful acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, black cherry, cassis and slight notes of ripe wild strawberry associated with a subtle touch of flowers, flint, a slight hint of mocha, cardamom as well as touches of chocolate, subtle hints of liquorice and a very discreet hint of pepper on the finish. Good length and beautiful persistence.
