The nose is fruity, well-built and quite elegant. It reveals notes of cassis, cherry and slight notes of wild red fruits associated with a discreet hint of flowers, licorice as well as touches of sweet spices, tea and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of pepper. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a good definition, gourmandise, suavity, a good freshness as well as a slight fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy cherry and slight notes of raspberry, small berries associated with discreet touches of toasted oak, chocolate and a hint of liquorice. Tannins are well-built. (2020)
