The nose is fruity, racy, slightly powerful and offers concentration. It reveals notes of cherry, wild strawberry, ripe redcurrant, fleshy and slight touches of blue fruit associated with discreet hints of spices, minerality as well as a very subtle touch of Sichuan and a subtle liquorice hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, delicate, well-built, subtle, elegant, suave, silky and offers a very slight fleshiness, a slight juiciness, a slight acid frame, tension as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, redcurrant and raspberry crushed associated with touches of black cherry as well as an imperceptible hint of plum, toasted / caramelized touches and cardamom. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of chocolate hint in the background / on the finish. A beautiful wine!
