The nose is gourmand, slightly powerful/rich and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of crushed Quetsche plum, blackberry and flowers combined with slight touches of small berries, ripe strawberries as well as subtle touches of spices, cardamom, touch of caramelized oak and a subtle touch of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, well-balanced, fat, round and offers a good guideline, a slight mineral frame, a fine concentration as well as acidity / juiciness (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy plum and fleshy red berries associated with slight touches of wild strawberry, hints of mocha / cocoa, a hint of cassis bud as well as discreet touches of spices, caramelization and an imperceptible touch of gray pepper. Tannins are very slightly firm.
