It reveals notes of crystallized orange and crystallized lemon combined with hints of crystallized lime zest, vine peach, flowers, crystallized mandarin as well as subtle hints of compoted apple / pear, oak, rancio, subtle hints of Zante currant and very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully elegant and offers a fine acid frame, a fine juiciness, a beautiful finesse / definition, gourmandise, a fine fleshiness, a fine straightness as well as a beautiful precision. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized tangerine and small notes of pear, vine peach associated with touches of crème brûlée / pâtisseries, quenette, Bourbon vanilla and tonka bean. Good length. Beautiful grain on the finish / persistence.
