The nose is aromatic, finely concentrated and offers a fine straightness. It reveals notes of zest of yuzu, lemon associated with small notes of peach, quince, spices and touches of crushed pear and verbena / Ceylon tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral (racy minerality) and offers a nice juicy / acid frame, a fine suavity, a fine straightness as well as a certain finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yuzu zest, flat peach and slight notes of citrus (mandarin, lemon) associated with a touch of quince, verbena / flowers and a very discreet hint of botrytis. Good length.
