The nose is finely fruity and relatively concentrated. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of kumquat, quince, beeswax and crystallized lemon combined with hints of spices, dried apricot and a touch of peach skin and toasted brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity, juiciness, freshness as well as a certain straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized apple and honey, brioche, vanilla associated with a touch of dried apricot, dried peach as well as subtle hints of flint and spices / cardamom. Good length.
