The nose is aromatic and offers finesse and fine richness. It reveals notes of candied lemon, honey / botrytis and vanilla combined with fine touches of kumquat, white flowers and white pepper. The palate is fruity, round, well-balanced, racy and offers richness, a good definition, a nice freshness, an acid frame, elegance as well as a fine straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and compoted apple green associated with small notes of vanilla, crushed mirabelle plum, kumquat as well as a touch of crunchy pineapple, honey, brioche and white flowers. Good length and good persistence.
