Château de Birot 2015 – Cadillac

The nose is mineral and fruity. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and green apple combined with small notes of lychee, apple blossom as well as a discreet hint of spices, flint and wood / brioche. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good mineral frame, juiciness, fat and a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized tangerine and green apple combined with touches of lychee as well as a very discreet hint of brioche, honey, botrytis and a touch of hazelnut / almond on the aftertaste. Good length.
