Château Manos 2016 – Cadillac

The nose is finely powerful and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of nutmeg, leather and citrus fruits combined with a touch of crunchy pineapple, crunchy peach as well as subtle hints of dry apricot, white pepper and honey. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, fat, acidity, volume, a small aerial side and a very fine intensity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized tangerine and dry apricot combined with small notes of crunchy pineapple as well as a hint of green apple and a touch of honey. Good length.
