The nose is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers depthness and a fine minerality (in the background). It reveals notes of fresh apple associated with fine notes of fresh mirabelle plum, citrus, fine touches of fresh pear and fine / discreet touches of honeysuckle and touches of racy minerality (almost saline). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round and offers a nice untuousity / gourmandise, a good definition, fat (bâtonnage), a fine tension and an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / crushed apple, pear and touches of fresh/ripe mirabelle plum associated with subtle toasted hints, discrete touches of honeysuckle and an imperceptible touch of zest (in the background). Good length and persistence. There is a hint of flint on the persistence.
