The nose reveals notes of blackberry and slight notes of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry…) associated with woody hints, a discreet hint of caramelization as well as a subtle/very discreet hint of mocha (in the background), a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, a slight juiciness a swell as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh cassis/fresh black berries and fleshy raspberry associated with a hint of fleshy blackberry as well as a very discreet hint of black cherry, chocolate, toasted oak and a discreet hint of sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
