The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight tension. The effervescence is very fine and very dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh lemon and fresh mandarin zests associated with hints of fresh apple, a hint of fresh yuzu as well as discreet hints of beeswax, a subtle hint of almond/brioche and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length.
