The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, fat and offers elegance, freshness, a good definition, suavity, gourmandise as well as a slight richness/fleshy. The effervescence is fine and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh Granny Smith apple and slight touches of crushed nectarine associated with a hint of fresh lemon, zests as well as a discreet hint of egg cream, a discreet touche of apricot (in the background) and discreet hints of honey/pâtisseries. Good length.
